Returns & refunds

Return policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

How to return

1. Email hello@nowibly.com with your order number and reason
2. We send a pre-paid return label within 24 hours
3. Drop off at any carrier location
4. Refund processed once we receive the item

What’s not returnable

• Items used or showing signs of wear
• Items missing original packaging
• Personal-care items (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
