Orders

How do I place an order?+
Browse the shop, click Add to Cart on any product, then go to Cart to review and Checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation when your order leaves the warehouse.
Can I edit or cancel my order?+
We process orders quickly — usually within 1 hour. Email us immediately if you need to change or cancel. Once shipped, follow our 30-day return process.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. What now?+
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, log in to My Account → Orders to verify the order is there. If you don't see it, contact us with the email you used.
Can I order as a guest?+
Yes — guest checkout is available, no account required. Creating an account just makes it easier to track future orders.

Shipping

When will my order ship?+
Most orders ship within 1 business day. You'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves the warehouse.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the EU, 5–10 days for international orders. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout.
Is shipping free?+
Free shipping on EU orders over €120. Below that, standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?+
Yes — once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also track from My Account → Orders.

Returns

What's your return policy?+
30 days, no questions asked. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We'll refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
How do I start a return?+
Email us with your order number and reason. We'll send you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
Are returns free?+
Yes — we cover return shipping for all EU orders. International returns are at customer expense unless the item is defective.
What if my item arrived damaged?+
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

What payment methods do you accept?+
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes — checkout is fully SSL-encrypted and processed through industry-standard payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal). We never store full card numbers.
Do you charge sales tax?+
Sales tax / VAT is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. International orders may incur duties on arrival — those are paid to your local customs.
Can I pay in installments?+
Yes — Klarna and Stripe Pay-In-3 are available at checkout for eligible orders.
